Business Description
Grand Rapids Art and Design is a fan page hub for artists in the greater Grand Rapids area.
The idea is to have as many artists from around the area involved in this as possible to build a huge, shared fan base and help spread the word about events (exhibitions, shows, performances, etc), websites, markets, retailers, etc.. so that people can come here and see where their favorite artist will be showing or where to find their work on a regular basis. Artists will be exposed to a larger audience and patrons will be exposed to more artists work.
I encourage new artists, secret artists, veteran artists, etc to join us and put yourself "out there" on here! I am still working on the specifics, but I want EVERYONE to be able to manage there own photos, contact info, event posting, etc... I don't just want them to have to post something over and over to keep it near the top of the news feed... Yes, lots to figure out, but I know it can and will be done!
